you just debunked your self the moment you said plot. why because the plot is the truth, and facts and by going with your logic kaguya is stronger than jigen in his real body form and coz that ain't true is because of plot...do u how you are not making sense?

author meant by "stronger" that it was more versatile in base of the superficial fact that the rasengan ia just rotating chakra, mean while the chidori is the traditional chakra molded into lightning.

I meant Indras arrow. btw there was one but iam not sure which one was it either way iam mostly if not completely correct.

From what we have seen so far: Chidory: base chidori, amaterasu chidori, Indians arrow chidori, nature energy chidori(black chidory), rajin(chidori acts a remote for the lighting) Rasenga:base rasengan, odama, borutos, rasenshurinken wind, lava,magnet,ink,a and the other biju unique ninjutsu mixed into it, ashuras rasengan. but as we all know what the author meant base vs base in which I dare to say that the chidori would in fact beat the rasengan...why well mainly because the chidori would puncture through the rasengan, mean while the rasengan's force would expand around its imitate area and try to push the shidori back. so if we put on the calculations and all with the same chakra, and no kekegenkai, nor other outside factors the rasengan would lose.

The chidori though less flashy is capable as aforementioned much like a bullet can cut through skin and other materials quite easy. ps if minato would of used chidori on obito he might of been capable to cut through him.

It in fact seems like a massively strong pushing force.
