I don't understand why he hasn't gotten a skill that gives him a perfect start. Honestly this system of his seems pretty useless.

What I don't understand is that the sprint skill is meant to last 10 seconds, so he should be fine the whole way, yet the skill always runs out before the end of the race, which makes no sense.

It said that the MC had ten years of hunting experience, but when he saw the wolves he shouted causing the wolves to notice them. That's not the type of mistake a hunting veteran would make.
