A relaxed and somewhat comedic novel with an MC with half a brain, which is a compliment considering MCs nowadays. He’s an average guy who gets a system, completely average. I do like urban environments, and the way MC isn’t constantly hiding his power is nice. A laid-back powerup story so far

Basically Loser System Berserker Me, if youve read that before. I personally hate this kinds of novels because the MC has no real investment in the world emotionally, and that rubs off on the reader, so you’re just reading pointless words with a plot. MC transmigrates into a game world but still thinks hes playing a game so hes basically just speedrunning a game, no drama, just nonstop mindless action.

Basically TLM but if you had huge infodumps at the start and gave him a crazy cheat. This is a western-type fantasy world where the MC transmigrates into a game as a character who is about to be in dire straits, formerly a professional power-leveler, cough cough. Currently the plot progression seems alright, but this would basically be a carbon copy of TLM save for the cheat talent and setting changes. Even then, a copy of TLM won’t be too bad, so it’s something to while your time away with.

A Li Hongtian work so it should almost definitely be a cut above most trash novels. Good translation, maybe done by a real person? Though, this genre might not appeal to braindead action readers.

A very logical and gourmet type MC here. We follow him and learn about his insane talent. To be honest though, it would be a much more exciting story if he actually had some motivation. Currently, he’s going on an adventure through the “mining area” to kill beasts to eat. But there’s no real overarching goal. The mystery of his background and abilities fail to invoke much curiosity, so my boredom beats interest here and I will drop it here.
