So what are you trying to say? instead of looking for ways to encourage and develop potential upcoming authors, you discourage them. Remember you were once like that, and if they told you the same thing you said to this author, pointing out your weaknesses in a discouraging way, am sure you wouldn't have been where you are by now! You should look for ways to add values to new authors and not discouraging them!!!
