the only thing I could see Takuma training Naruto in is the shadow clone. whether that be him teaching him to use clones for training or if, in this timeline, Naruto isn't tricked into stealing the sealing scroll, he could teach him the jutsu. (This Naruto has iruka being kind to him from the start of academy instead of the last day, and he was motivated by Takuma to actually learn what the school teaches) I still think Sakura would gain the most learning under him. She even has a second consciousness inside her, just like Takuma has Grey, lol. imagine if he creates a unique clone technique that let's Grey fight with him. As for his augmentation, even if he doesn't teach her the second form, she should not have nearly as much trouble learning the first form as she still has ridiculously high chakra control skills.

My thought was that with the butterfly effect Takuma caused, Sakura would face someone different in the preliminary round during the chunin exam and win instead of the draw she got against Ino. Then Kakashi would take Naruto to train instead of Sasuke. Sasuke could train with Itachi or his father, and Kakashi could ask Takuma to help Sakura. They would only have a month, but Sakura has canonically perfect chakra control, so she could definitely master his augmentation really fast. It would also be so awesome if Takuma decided to sign her up for ring fights during that month. (he definitely has the connections to do that)

So Takuma won't be a jonin before Canon, but he should be jonin strength with another year of shadow clone enhanced training. This time, Orochimaru won't be able to kill Raza since the village will be much stronger than it was in the original Konoha crush. side note. I really hope he gets a chance to mentor Sakura before she goes under Tsunade. without the Uchiha massacre, Sasuke won't be so broody, which means Kakashi won't need to focus solely on him and can actually mentor his teachers damn child. so both of her teammates will have plenty of help training, and Takuma has a lot in common with Sakura. (genjutsu talent, chakra augmentation, and she even has the same two elemental affinities as him)
