that's insane. nobody gets close to that much for the use of their patents its usually only 10% max. the people manufacturing the items is taking literally all the risks. they're providing the materials, the labor, the advertising, selling it and hoping someone buys it and the money they spent on ingredients and manufacturing wasn't wasted
