I'm brought back to those the essays I use to write in my high school years. I was under the impression that by merely using more obscure words I could impress my teacher enough to give me a perfect grade. This novel is a perfect representation of how to improperly use obscure words, rather than used as an attempt to convey more information, the author uses obscure words to portray himself as an intellectual. Frankly, I also do sprinkle more obscure words in my writings(I also want to seem smarter than I actually am, goddamnit), however it's important to realize that these obscure, more complicated words are more cumbersome to read, this ultimately leads to a less enjoyable reading experience. My advice isn't to scrap all of these words but do be more moderate In your usage of these words.

Convoluted, the power system is not well explained, neither is it well introduced, out of nowhere you can apparently engrave runes, engrave ummm bloodlines, and classes??? I thought he already had a class like... bruh, to summarize, it's conbluted, as just corulent as this cumet.

I'm sorry for the low review, but I absolutely hate giving half assed criticisms, now this book is boring, and not because I was feeling sleepy when I was reading it, but because I felt like I have already read this novel 101 times. Now to have a truly good novel, you have to give the reader something special, maybe a unique world? A unique system? A unique character? Something for your reader to read, and grasp the uniqueness of the novel. This novel does not have that, I do not care about our generic main character, nor the generic side characters, nor the generic world, The book has potential I will give it that, no major screw ups thus far, but nothing that makes me be able to differentiate it between other novels, nothing for me to see and say that...that is something I have not seen anywhere else.

When I was reading this I kept feeling something was missing, and only until I reached the chapter where he talked to the general I realized what that was. I don't know our Mc, and I don't mean his backstory, I mean I don't know why he acts like he acts, I don't know why he does A instead of B, and he does so just cause. His evolution options seem absolutely nonsensical to me, because it's never established what type of person he is. And if the lens through which we see your world are dull then the world will inevitably be as dull as a well.

I have, I read all the way to chapter 70~ :), and I can say confidently my point stands, not even talking about the players, I will simply point out the Mc to make things easier, he played this game for 9 years, and unless you plan to make the average player in this world of yours not be able to feel the realism of the vrmmorpg, then I think it's safe to say that Mc after 9 years of understanding these people are just as real as he is chooses to support the massacre of millions of innocents.

I'll keep it short, after going through 40 chapters, I still no nothing about our Mc, not in the sense of his family and friends, but why he thinks how he thinks, why does his morals A B C, why is this his train of thought, who is he really, and this is problematic because then it has no essence, the mc has no character. This novel can still be saved however, but before you can build the world, I suggest you a singular person, our main character, for if the lens are dull, then the picture will so as well.

with rank 2 and 3 getting 25 and 27 points respectively, I believe it should be 27 and 25 as the second ranked should be higher than the third ranked. Other than that pretty decent start, feels a bit rough, but not so much to majorly hurt the reading experience.

When I saw that the author took inspiration from TLM, I immediately set out to read it, however I am disappointed on how it worked out. The class system and race system are similar, but the more vital aspects of TLM, and the good aspects of any VRMMO are lacking. One thing that TLM focuses on is how people in the game world must be treated same as people in real life. The ending of TLM implies that these people are equal. This novel immediately goes against this idea with players, including are Mc, looking at them as only tools as only exp, there are quite a few other things I dislike such as the frankly idiotic ways the Mc gets his cheats, the grammer and capitalization, the shallow world building, and pull from nowhere, but the thing I would like to focus is the first I pointed out, how in this game world which is already stated to be more than a game world, the people treat the natives as less than dirt.
