Let us do some armchair mathematics here without looking up the wiki. No one below 17 can apply for triwizard event. Meaning only final years allowed. Cedric was final year when Harry was 14. Twins were present in order of phoenix when Harry was 15 and they dropped out the same year before final exams. Hence they were a year below Cedric two years above Harry So this fiction has Cedric placed in wrong year. He should be one year above the MC

I remember that Cedric could easily put his name in the goblet of fire but twins couldn’t. So there is an age gap. Were they in the same year though?

I've hit a severe writers block on that one. The last 2 chapters I wrote had all the characters sounding the same. They lacked their unique personalities and it felt bleh! I'm hoping a distraction will bring back that motivation and inspiration.
