This, I wasn't sure whether to mention it or not, because the fantastic four, before they got their powers, were scientists in the military and took the spaceship without permission, to space and got hit by the cosmic storm, becoming the fantastic four. I only remember this much and I think they set up the building after this incident. Correct me if I was wrong.
