While I understand what you're trying to say, here the Super Saiyan scales to low-tier destroyer level which is what draws Beerus to earth. I can only assume the system feels wrong or weird because you're used to the scale already in place. I'm not scaling Beerus 'down', simply scaling others 'up' and shrinking the scope of the over all universe they're in. Destroyers are chosen from mortal races that already exist, hence they must be beings of great power already before being granted divinity, like what I put in about frieza. In the end though, it's just something I wanted to write for fun
