I apologise for the wrap up at Xavier's manor, It was mainly done to introduce the location she's at, the power of Xavier and to also show that she isn't really that important so far. Her mask is still on and therefor she is a background thought amidst more pressing matters. I also wanted to cement that the MC is into women for the most part, exception being Lucifer form the TV show...

All of that is either made up by fans or knowledge that All Might had no way of knowing when he made the choice to give OFA to Izuku, although, to be fair, he also didnt met Mirio before giving the quirk to Izuku so mehhh...(at least i think so)
