Names are getting really confusing, who is Shikasui?

The single battle has been going on for nearly 10-20 chapters. This is getting really boring even though battles should be exciting. Not really, Gudoudama are considered as simply Ninjutsu, Kekkei Mora is unique to Kaguya and Hagoromo.Only the Ash-Killing Bones, Kaguya's Byakugan, the Rinne-Sharingan and Hagoromo's Rinnegan are considered as Kekkei Mora.

This is correct, there was no tier system in the Warring states, as there were no hidden village back then and the number of shinobi should not need this level of segregation. Secondly, his sharingan should have evolved to atleast 2 or 3 tomoe after a year. Itachi's did in one year, same for Sasuke and Obito. If you can awaken it at 6 or 7 u should be able to eveolve it pretty quickly as well.
