The story is good. you're just making it too chaotic for me. and your focusing too much and the side characters that the story's not progressing much. side characters don't need half the chapter dedicated to them like with the whole homeless guy thing you could have just did the bank robbery scene the added a brief summary about what happened to him instead of stretching it out into multiple chapters
