man introduce the technique name then explain them like the old man gave him two technique then you ended it with no nane mentioned then you explained lighting body technique that's ok but the second one is a spell you said a technique while the meaning you delivered is techniques for cultivting your power and spells for using that power be precise in such things cause it gives headache when trying to understand the info you give and sometimes no usually things are misunderstood
