Franklin Richards is his name, yes. And he would be in the HIL (Higher Infinity Level) aka 1-A. He scales to Outerverse levels which makes him a casual Multiverse buster at least. He’s one of the strongest characters In Marvel comics

I have a wheel that chooses characters, and a majority of fate characters are at this level, hence why she’s getting so many of them. She’ll get more variety soon

Oh yeah she certainly could. But it’s more so staying hidden that is the problem. Hiding would only work for so long before the Phoenix found her. The only way she would truly get away was if she went to another multiverse, like back to Young Justice or something.

The Phoenix isn’t exactly soemthing Gwen could run away from. It’s nigh-omnipresent, Nigh-Omnipotent and nigh-omniscient. Even Gwen would struggle to run away from it
