I’m normally not one to post reviews for a novel. I’m currently 8 chapters in (which is the amount of chapters currently out as I’m writing this) but I can tell that the novel is off to a great start. The atmosphere so far is incredibly well done. Especially when compared to other novels on the site. The premise is really interesting and I find the protagonist’s view of the world to be both unique and fitting to the story. I hope that this novel will continue on with what it has done so far, and that the author maintains the character and tone of the novel so that the general ’feel’ of it does not change. I‘m excited for more.

This is a great novel. First of all, don’t confuse it with those standard systems with a technological ability to increase stats; while those elements are indeed included in the novel, they are just surface level. The depth behind this system makes this book worth reading. The world building is fantastic, it feels like an actual world and not just a background of ‘Sci-fi’. The characters lack a little depth, but still feel real, and make realistic descisions. Lastly, the story isn’t anything special, but it’s doesn’t just copy and paste from other popular novels.

I saw the tag Horror/Thriller, but i wasnt convinced until i read the synopsis, “The year is 2020.” What a good way to start off a horror novel!
