I seriously had that scene in mind when I thought of an owlbear for him to fight. lol
Satisfied with his meal, Adam mentally confirmed his readiness for the next fight. As the gate opened once again, a massive four-legged beast emerged from the shadows. Its imposing figure stood four feet tall and three feet wide. The creature had a head resembling a huge owl, while its body was shaped like a bear. Its brown fur was interspersed with feather-like protrusions on its forelegs. The beast's paws resembled a bear's, but its claws were elongated and reminiscent of bird talons. It's been a trend through the whole story. he just let everyone and everything treat him like a doormat. it's like the author is purposfully creating this image that he is a spineless fool who can't make any decision by himself. If I were the head of that Ambrose family, I would have noticed all of these by now and would deem him super unfit in any managerial position.

I am going to be very harsh on this one. This is one of the worst novels I have stumbled upon. The author seems like someone who has zero imagination. The dialogs between characters feeps like its forced and bland. The Smut is the worst part of it. feels like a 10 year old who had just learned about what sex is wrote these scenes. Overall, I think the author should stop writing and maybe read a few novels first to see the differences.

gotta give it to you mate. The beginning is very much copy of A mages cultivation, but in later chapters you started changing everything and adding your own story which I like. wish you could release more than one chapter a day though.
