The reason why Ais has feelings for Bell is that he is a brilliant light in her dark world. He never gives up his ideals or aspirations against despair. She saw him overcome his fear of Astreus in seasons 1 and 3. Bell's job is not to kill the OEBD but to save Ais from herself. The MC is the exact opposite of Bell. Where Bell is idealistic and is willing to fight for what's right the MC is a jaded nihilistic who only lives in order to fulfill a promise he made to a bare minimum. The MC could never help Aiz in any meaningful way like Bell can.

Gilgamesh and Scatath would respect Icarus. He was a mortal who surpass every expectation and limit that the Gods had on mortals with just his ingenuity and wisdom, no divine blood was needed. Love how you gave Rein an actual personality this time instead of your previous work. I do hope you take time to explore Rein's and Rudy's relationship as reincarnated twins. I do have 1 request have Rudy get all of his original harem members. Slyph, Roxy and Eris were important for Rudy's development. If you are going to give Rein a harem can please use girls that don't get enough spotlight.

What I mean hard, the world building. Like an author could make some things up when it come to Nasuverse during the age of gods so long as it has some historical guide lines. Like Fate Defiance where the SI as Icuraus where he can explore and make stuff up so long as his world has some real life guidelines.

Good start Modern Age SI into Type-Moon is hard since the philosphy and monologues but you did a good job for the first chapter. If your SI does enter the Holy Grail War with a Berseker class servant then Nightangale would be a perfect.
