what if the unknown is the seven daemons? like the seven daemons created themselves out of the seventh god unknown?
A few things became more clear from this short description. Firstly, it cemented his suspicion that, at some point in time, the seven daemons — children of the mysterious -unknown-, who were also strangely described as having created themselves — had waged war against the gods. wait if the rift was in the middle of the tear… then couldn’t have the tower (which was supposedly from the middle of the tear) made the rift when it fell from the Crushing- like an endless loop where beyond the fire field thing is above the sky and the Crushing??? just a theory though… i’ll find out sooner or later…
The String of Fate, too, had pointed toward the Tear. To somewhere very near its center. There was only one way to leave the Forgotten Shore, and it lay in the Crimson Spire. No Sleeper could ever hope to reach that Gateway in one piece. They would need an army to even try.
