Bro it's almost a 900 chapter novel. So of course you're not going to get any juice yet you don't expect the max powered antagonist to one shot the MC immediately

About 90% of the bad reviews on this book in my opinion or actually things that should be looked good upon cuz I'm tired of all the novels where the MC hides his power and everyone schemes against him 90% of the time it just gets repetitive over and over. But in my opinion that's what makes this book so good it's a breath of fresh air where the MC doesn't have to deal with drama all the time and just purely focuses on the plot story and the MC's growth

And when it comes to other MCs hiding their abilities a lot of them do it for absolutely no reason. And I could see why sometimes whenever there's a looming threat or that there's a specific person or organization that the MC knows of that he's trying to hide from but majority of novels the MC hides his abilities for little to no reason and that kind of mindset frustrate me whenever it's every single one

I mean don't get me wrong you are right in your statements. but in my opinion that's what makes this book a breath of fresh air out of the 1000 other novels where the MC can't catch a break and is constantly schemed against which gets really annoying and repetitive

I'm going to reiterate my point that you apparently never got with my simplified comment. But multiple people can have the same first name. And if you actually paid attention while reading the fanfiction at the beginning the author made it pretty clear that its not Uchiha Rin. I do get your point though in fanfics if someone's going to have a name called Naruto you would be thinking it would be Naruto uzumaki. You're acting like as if I say that Uchiha and in your mind you're thinking that it's only supposed to be one person whenever there's multiple people with that name even though it is their last name

The whole concept and storyline is pretty dang good and honestly speaking I don't mind if the chapters are really short just cut off all the unnecessary bits which is about like 40% of each chapter then I might actually come back and restart but until then I'm going to abandon this one

The writing quality isn't anything to write home about there are a couple areas on misgendering going in between him and she on the same character multiple times but I can get past that and I know this is supposed to be a slow burner but how the hell is the MC still in the academy after 100 chapters like that's just ridiculous another problem I generally have no problem with fanfiction that are slow burners as long as the fic has a couple hundred chapters but the main reason why I generally don't stick around that long is because half the time the author's dropped the fanfiction before it ever gets good and I generally speaking I hate it whenever the MC always tries to lay low to not show off because 90% of fanfiction mc have no reason to do so but in this one I will let it slide because he's in the hidden mist

Another thing that kind of annoys me is on how the author and all the other characters around the MC makes him look and act like a pervert like all the damn time even though the MC has not shown any actions or traits of doing so. And if the MC is such a big pervert whenever any girl actually offers themselves to him which has happened multiple times he always turns them down which just reinforces the fact that he is not a pervert even though all the other characters thinks he is it just really gets on my nerves like if you're a pervert actually be a pervert that's fine I don't give a crap but don't call a character a pervert even though they have done nothing to earn the insult

Well I feel like the writing quality and the plot is pretty good and the fight scenes are amazing. But the whole power system levels and evolution needs to be more flushed out and detailed cuz anytime the MC gets a new summon or his pre-existing pets get a new ability the author never lets us know about it until the middle of the fight making it feel like the MC pull it out of his ass mid to fight which to me feels more of plot armor than anything else and I admit that the MC is a good tactician and making up plans on the fly in the middle of battle and I do also admit that the MC deductive skills are pretty good but the way the author likes to set up surprise abilities and equipment/weapons and doesn't let us know what the MC is planning beforehand before it actually happens makes it feel like the MC is terrible at long-term planning. And I believe this is more of a problem on how the author likes the right the stories and leave suspense on with the MC is doing or planning all it does is make me think that the author and the MC is making random crap up as they goes
