Now, if you still want to grow your pp may it be girth or lenght you have to know that it is like going to the gym. You have to be constant and if you fuck up you can get injured. Now, if you get injured in the gym it's not going to be that much of a problem in daily life. But if you injury your pp it's gonna be a REAL trouble.

To get a real measurement get hard, stand up and put the ruler over your pp. Care that BP (bone pressed) means you have to stick your ruler in till it start hurting. If you're not prone to that take a NBP (non bone pressed) measurement but be mindful that if you're obese or overweight that is not your real pp and just by losing weight you gave see improvements.
