honestly the only thing in konosuba that he would want is the highly prevalent presence of skills or the 'Luck stat' increases with level ups. even if he restarted at konosubea's version of level 1 it would just not be worth it, unless the difficulty to level up remains the same...

you had it about right: the ringing sound, the silencing of sound around you, however tought is also slightly dampenned and sometimes sight gradually goes white/black, also you lose your sence of balance a little nad breathing becomes less unconscious i.e. you become more aware that you have to and are breathing... but somehow have less control of it...
