that's why it said "the secret to a long life is keep breathing and never run out of breath". if your're breathless after just 15minutes of walking that means you have a serious problem with your health and you need to improve your health ASAP. if not improving your health and you get 'shorter' breath or even run out of breath, it's practically game over.
