I think it is more like she used to be wealthy And doesn’t care about money so she’ll buy,buy,buy!!! So she let the kid take care of the money so that way he can’t Complain about her spending And shows him that they have money so that way he won’t Always worry about it.

Kat’s personality is too weak or nice, however youn want To put it. Come on, the grandma tried to kill her and she was like, it’s ok no big spdeal i understand. even if she understands she should atLeast be angry fir almost being kiled and for always being insulted. then she didn’t even care that she was gone for days and would miss school and worry her gramps. So far the story is good but Kat’s personality is just so passive that she let anyone ssay and do thIngs to without any complaints (the bullies at school, the kids in the Orphanage the is supposed to the chores, that grandma). i hope she Has more emotions than just everything is fine, i don’t care what anyone says or do anything to me.
