they probably start off as humans in the first place before slowly turning into the creepy version of angels and there's probably not very many human looking ones in the first place maybe a dozen at the most then again not many human-like ones are not needed

the human like ones are like the high-ranking ones basically have the ability to transform themselves to be what we humans would see as beautiful most of the time those types of angels the human look alikes are mainly used as Messengers from God themselves and that's the only reason why they are human like in the first place and probably hide their non-human features with their own form of magic most likely illusion magic just to make you not notice they're on human like features at least this is what I think[img=recommend]
