It's not equal, Philip's stat strength follows other rules. Even then, people in Eden have different constitutions, so what 1 point in a stat means for someone may vary to someone else. Although most of the time, if you have a group of people interacting with the same culture and worldviews, their system will be similar and so, the stats will try to adapt in a way that everyone can understand. However, the System isn't trying to be perfect with its depictions

Yes, this is because the start of the novel was in first person but I later changed to third person, so in the rewrite, I'm changing everything to third person to make it consistent, guess something passed by me
The idea I built in this world is that the body of a man and woman are still about the same regardless of magical abilities. Men have stronger muscles and mass which leads to higher magical shit toward that. Besides, most people cant grow much above the ordinary so it doesn't matter much.
