I have consulted the archive and have come to the conclusion this was translated up to 66 chapters. The other novel was called I am Harry potters eldest cousin. After skimming through the first chapter of that one and comparing it to this one. I have concluded this novel is translated far better and is not copy and pasted.

I believe this was translated before, I’m going to consult the archive to be sure tho
