To those that show nothing in the brackets. Go to acc. settings and clear cache. Will fix it

Try clearing "CACHE" in acc. settings. Fixes it

The reason for the text dissapearance for some is cuz of the usage of <> brackets. I guess webnovel allows or uses direct html coding in the chapter, to make it easier. TL;DR... The text is in <> which webnovel reads as code, which is invalid

The MC is a deplorable and submissive S.I.M.P. There really is no reason for it and just seems to happen for gags and giggles, but it gets old really fast. The story also gets derailed often and many times where the mc could just say 'no' to bothersome stuff, he took it upon himself to say yes and whine about it. The simpening started around 23 ch.

Basically, Eilfisf is married into the royalty of the empire, so her brother shares the same status as they are from the same house. From the royaltys' perspective, he is a brother-in-law or a son-in-law. Well thats what I think atleast the logic is
