wtf? feats are feats. Vali was able to move so fast because of his Divine Dividing, not his physical abilities. Issei was able to keep up because of Balance Breaker, not physical abilities. Serafall was able to freeze a region because of magic, not physical abilities, if we go by your logic no one in dxd are even city level

not feats, "statements", it's only feats if it was backed up. in Shin2 Kiba was only moving at speed faster than sound and he was toying around Issei who was able to keep up with Vali whom you said to be light speed, thus debunking Vali's lightspeed feats

He killed Heracles several times without UBW, he was able to break through a dimension created by caster, by deploying UBW he can launch an attack almost comparable to Ea, he was thrown into the edge of galaxy and returned in an instant, he tanked a magical equivalent of a nuclear bomb, shot an arrow with speed surpassing mach 20, shot an arrow that distorts time and space, and was able to match Lancer in combat skills. all that while he was nerfed due to not having any legend to back him up, and also nerfed because he wasn't a proper heroic spirit. this archer in this fanfic is stronger than UBW archer, and he is struggling against someone like Grayfia, this doesn't make any sense. the author is incredibly bias towards DxD

okay, so him moving at light speed is just an exaggeration. so you still haven't provided any solid speed feat to put Ultimate class faster than servants.
