Not necessarily, the only reason Crocodile lost his Warlord position is because his crimes were exposed and he lost to a weak newcomer, Doflamingo however is in a whole different league than him in terms of status and power so he won't lose his position that easily. Even Moria was removed from his warlord position just because he's weak not for his defeat to Luffy...
