As mentioned before, it isn't exactly in the mortal realm. It is separated by that purple barrier. If I were to give it a better explanation, this planet is a lot closer to the Chaos Origin Source than it is to any of the three Higher Realms at the moment.

Without Chaos Cultivation, Bunbun was pretty much the only Loporrit who really had very high cultivation, being at the Initial Stage of the Divinity Realm.
