actually, he really didn't lie . although it was not in the same universe, it is still a country located far far away.

this distance is literally 3/4 of a standard marathon. this is a very heavy workout that would be sure to injure the knees/ankles without prior training.

just wondering. if MC keeps this up, won't he sooner or later cause a market crash for the business owners in his own town? well hope he does something like provide jobs/ compensation for the affected businesses.

LoL! a 30 km run is NOT a basic exercise. that's more than a full marathon!

seriously? first they kidnapped MC out of his own free will and make him fight a war which is not his. then after finding out he is useless, the king is now threatening him? if it were me, I'd just go directly to the demon lord, make a deal for me and my sister to go home in exchange for crushing down their world. demon king can kill me for all I care, I am someone with nothing to lose.
