I find this novel very entertaining. For these who are interested in the raw version: 我的身份愈发变态 Due to heath issue the author stopped writting, so its an unfinished book.

After reading further they start dating, but their roles are not between lovers, but more like master and his maid. It was decripted many times, that he sometimes he sees her as his daughter who he raised, than as a friend or lover. Also how the FL behaves around MC resembles, that of a maid instead of a loving girlfriend, an equal. I do get it, that she respect him, but sometimes it doesn't click to me.
