Meh, it is over dramatized in a way that makes you know that the main character does things that he'd think would kill him, but doesn't, the whole point of this story is that he doesn't die, or dies in a very meaningful or convenient time. Since the title is "Queen, Please Let Me Die", showcases that he wants to die but at every turn something "ridiculous" happens and he doesn't. This is the difference between knowing what you are getting into, and not.

If you look at the description and title, this is clearly meant to be a comedy.
