Aren't You Worried?

The drive to Miller Corporation was like from a dream as Maya rested her head on Nathaniel's chest, their fingers interlocked as she played with them.

"Aren't you worried someone will see us?" Maya asked as she looked up at Nate.

"Shouldn't that be your worry, not mine?" he asked her, tilting his head to the side as their eyes met.

"So you actually go to DLR Enterprises in a car like this and no one asks any questions? No one doubts that you are not Nate Rue?" As Maya asked her question, Nate realized that he had misunderstood what she meant.

He suddenly laughed and shook his head, making Maya sit up and look at him, even more, confused now than before.

"I don't arrive in this car," he explained. "I usually get off at the closest station to my house and take the train, then the bus, then I walk."

Maya's jaw dropped in shock. It seemed that his answer hadn't been one she expected.
