Web Of Shadows

A man was standing in a dimly lit warehouse,his eyes swiping around, holding a machine gun in hand

Amethyst-looking eyes glowed in the darkness behind him...it blinked.

THUD ~

his body hit the floor with a dagger coming out of his eyes sockets along with his eyeball

The culprit of this gruesome kill was walking towards a door, he opened it slowly and slipped inside

he stood in the middle of a vast place shrouded in darkness his eyes were the only thing that shined in this darkness however, he wasn't bothered he even liked it

suddenly the whole room erupted in light as if the former darkness was but a droplet of water that fell into an endless sea

he squinted his eyes from the sudden radiance coming from the lamps, he looked around and saw that he was surrounded by at least twenty men each holding a gun while pointing at him

however, he looked at an old guy standing in front of him with white hair wearing a monocle, white suit and holding a white cane, his fingers adorned with rings" I've been waiting for you...shadow " Then he pointed his cane at the guy whom he called shadow

" Do you think I will stay still and let you slaughter me like a sheep!?.. So petty of you huh ' The most deadly assassin' they say " he said with a mocking smirk adorning his face and continued "So what are you gonna do, your most trusted shadows is not with you anymore " he said while waving his hand around

our MC, however, wasn't bothered in the slightest he even started... laughing??

"hahaha...you think a bit of light will make me hopeless? I don't know why people called me this cringy name however, what I know Is that you are the most idiotic man for thinking that you won... for I AM DARKNESS ITSELF"

A dark aura erupted from his body covering the whole place in darkness, the flashing lights of the bullets... the screams, everything happened too suddenly

and when everything quietened and the light came back, only one man was standing the hot blood was trickling down on his two twisted black daggers

the guy in the white suit was kneeling in front of him his eyes filled with dread "Monster" he muttered before his head was sliced off the rest of his body leaving a trail of blood in the air

"fuck.. I let my guard down " he cursed while opening his coat revealing his masculine body that was filled with scars, and a lot of bullet wounds gushing blood Although he is an Esper..he is not invincible and with a sigh he also fell to the ground 

 ' IAM DARKNESS ITSELF' "that was also so cringy fuck why did i say that" he said chuckling slightly while thinking about what he said before 

'well now i guess darkness will fully embrace me... so cold...'
