Standing over the dying wolf, the crowd fell silent once more as they witnessed the power of the transforming Cypher of the Havoc Gang.

His body was shifting and undergoing a metamorphosis. Even without a single spec of metal modification, he managed to grow a carapace akin to a bug, with large mosquito-like wings on his back and his hands transforming into blades.

"Au…" the wolf whined in pain, its body fully pierced. Jin couldn't react before the blade was pulled out, instantly taking its life.

The crowd watched in silence as the wolf closed its eyes on its own. Meanwhile, the Cypher turned his gaze toward Jin, brandishing his dual-bladed hands, his wings flapping so fast they seemed to blur, his legs barely touching the ground.

His narrowed eyes locked onto Jin.

"What a freak!"

"Both of them are. Crush him, kiddo."

"Behead the kid."

"Gut the fucker."

"Cook the mutt."
