It seems like a bizarre arrow that apparently gives an immense amount of power to those who it finds worthy.
You honestly thought the old man was drunk when he gave you this. Disappointing, but it's a gift regardless, and you decided to cherish it. Unknown to you is that what he said was indeed true, and the power in there was more than you could've ever imagined.
