"Okay but just one game" Isaac said trying to manage the time they have

In just a few seconds mike had already set up the console connecting it with a medium sized television, it was a racing game mike had adjusted the settings from single player to split screen for two players

So both him and Isaac could play at once, they both selected the cars they would race with Isaac went with a sleek black Chevrolet, while mike went with a white Ferrari

The race was just about to begin as a countdown could be seen on the screen

Three Two One

"May the best driver win" mike said zooming off immediately the race began in other to have an advantage which worked as he was ahead of Isaac who was on his tail the two car's were gradually increase in speed, Isaac was maintaining his position not attempting to overtake mike

"Is that all you got mike said"

'let's see you handle this' mike taught to himself as the two car's were approaching a surprise sharp curve but mike had already raced in the track before so he was well aware of it

The two cars took a slight turn during which mike started slowing down

'am I catching up, no it's not possible he is slowing done and there is only one reason to slow down in a racing game like this there is a sharp curve up ahead, I know just what to do' Isaac taught to himself with a grin fully displayed on his face

Mike increased his speed as the black could be seen overtaking the white Ferrari

'Great he took the bait' this was the only thing that crossed mikes mind as the two cars were coming to the end of the turn the black Chevrolet was in first place followed by the white Ferrari just then there was another turn which was immediately after the turn they just took, any car coming at full speed would have a hard time turning without the car smashing at the side of the race track but Isaac was a pro at games although it had been awhile since he last played Isaac holding the acceleration button and at once also pressing the hand brake button he changed the direction of the car to follow the curve, the next thing that could be seen was Isaacs car, swerved to the right with the bumper slightly grazing the walls of the race track

"What how did you know about the curve and what was that right now" mike asked a bit a shaken as he did not expect that

"It was quite obvious and that right there was an A+ drift" Isaac answered grinning from ear to ear

The two cars were now on a straight path with the black Chevrolet taking the lead and the white Ferrari following up at this point they had gone more than half the race track

'I thought I totally had him there, but even though I still have one more trick up my sleeves' mike taught

It was sudden and came as a bit of a shock to Isaac when the white car, mike's car suddenly took a path that was split away from the main track, it was a shortcut

"Nice I never saw that coming" Isaac praised mike whose face carried a smirk Isaac tried to keep his lead up but with the shortcut came an advantage, before Isaac knew it mike had popped out from the side of the track the two car's were going at it side by side as the finish line was in view

Mike wasn't giving Isaac any chance as he kept trying to derail him from the track

But it wouldn't be an easy task as Isaac's handling was top notch there was only one more thing mike could as the two cars neared the finish line

'I don't think he knows about them, does he? no if he did he would have used them'

"I've got you now" mike said out loud pressing a button in his controller a small bar could be on his cars profile which was at the top of the screen it, was a nitro boost

The white Ferrari instantaneously sped up the exhaust giving off blue flames as it took the lead continuously distancing itself from the black Chevrolet, the white car was closing in on the finishing line when the blue bar ran down and disappeared, the two cars where now closer to the finish line than ever with the Ferrari taking the lead by far

"Now is my turn" Isaac said with a mischievous smile

As he activated his cars nitro the car sped up like lightning it was in an instant catching up with the white Ferrari which was now close to the finish line

"It's too late, you won't make it in time" mike said but even he had some doubt in his words

In a matter of seconds the two cars were side by side in front of the finish line the black Chevrolet whose nitro bar has ended but it was yet to return to the base high speed

The two cars were just inches away from the finish line when the tip of the black car slightly overtook the white car both cars maintaining their current positions as they passed through the finish line there was a clear look of shock on Mike's face and a smirk on Isaac's

"Well I guess it's a draw" mike said in an attempt to console him self

When a text popped up on the television

Player two wins

With a black Chevrolet car being display

"What how that's so not fair, that was a tie" mike said

"Was it, tell that to the game" Isaac said laughing his guts out

"It's been a while I had so much fun"

"I guess you won, I demand a rematch then" mike said

"Seems like you have forgotten why I came here, let's get going, we don't want to be late" Isaac said taking a glance at his wrist watch.
