In my haste and poor decision. My teammate was injured. Her life was having a threat because I thought she would be able to handle herself.

But I had forgotten they never faced a man like Karaka. Or any other rankers as I had held them down by protecting them without letting them grow.

And right now, despite my own injury, I did everything I could to keep her alive.

I even used a forbidden technique to transfer my own Vitality and shinsu to Arie to heal her.

It was at that time that I realized I could handle feeling of losing someone again. I almost lost her. But thankfully, she was strong enough to survive.

" Arie...arie..." I cried as I held her in my arms, hoping for her to open her eyes.

I kept giving her my shinsu even if I was almost out.

" Ashborn..." To see that man's face again, I didn't know whether I should punch him or kiss him.

But I was glad to be alive as I opened my eyes.

" Thank God..." He muttered as I felt him hugging me as he traced his hand over the left side of my face.

I slapped his hand away as I felt a stinging pain.

She is alive. But she suffered a scar on the right side of her face, which caused her to have an outburst.

I decided to train them all without holding back. To make sure they'll handle any situation climbing the tower.

Years has passed as we finally made it to the 30th floor. Right now i was looking at the mirror.

' Am i... going blind?' I asked myself as I blinked my eyes. After the event with Arie, I managed to unlock the next stage of the sharingan to [ Mangekyo Sharingan ]

And over the pass two year, they have started to deteriorate. I sighed and walked back to the living room to and sat back on the couch as Arie put her head on my lap.

" Is it getting worse?" She asked.

" Yeah, think I'll regenerate my eye if I rip it out?" I asked as I put my hand over her face and rubbed her scar.

" Hmm. You did regenerated your arm after your fight with Karaka again."

" Bastard got stronger. Had to think outside of the box." I replied as I felt Arie putting her hand over my hand.

" Yes. And I got revenge for my beautiful face."

I remembered how she took Karaka's arm before.

" Well, I think the scar makes you more badass." I smiled as I kissed her face causing her to giggle.

" I agree. I'm pretty that's why dad asked you out." Yui said as i froze and looked up to see her watching TV.

" How long you've been there?" I asked.

" Since now." She replied.

' Is... her stealth more than mine...?' I thought asi looked at Arie who shrugged.

" Blind old man." Yui whispered.

" I hear that!" I shouted as Yui stuck her tongue at me.

" Breakfast is ready." Seung entered the room as he took of his apron.

" Cool!" Yui and I shouted as we both got up and rushed to the living room.

After eating, we all started packing up and ready to climb the tower again.

" Let's go and pass this test to the 29th floor." I smiled as we all exited the house.

" Got everything? Yui? Seung?... Arie?" They all nodded and we set off to take the 28th test.

" Oh and before I forget... here Yui. " I gave her a bracelet that increases her efficiency in shinsu Manipulation.

" Nice!" She shouted as she took the bracelet and immediately wore it.

I noticed how Yui looked at the shops and jewelry stores on our way.

" Alright, let's go."

" The test is about last team standing while protecting an egg. The teams egg that is destroyed by the other team, loses." Seung started to explain the rest along the way.

And we came up with plans and strategies to pass this test. Also while to keep an eye out in any FUG members.

' Some say they found someone believed to be dead for hundred of years thanks to her..' I remembered what my teammate said as I looked at the phone.

I decided to put the 25th Bam in the phone.

He's alive....

My eyes widen as I looked at the phone. And for the next second I had another idea.
