In scattered locations around the globe, a surge of live programming flooded the network, broadcasting a unifying message that echoed like a cry jumping from one side to another, encoding and supporting the transmission being broadcast on thousands of different sites.

From large screens to public squares, the live broadcast was unstoppable. The Ghouls were at specific locations to prevent screens from turning off and speakers from going silent.

They were expert programmers, some self-taught and others with decades of experience in the technology industry. A few months later, a university student from District 16 vanished. Her whereabouts are still unknown. After imprisoning her for months, you cut her into pieces and sold her flesh to the public."

"A year later, you entered your Villa in District 2 and never came out alive. After torturing her for months, you chopped her into meat pieces and fed her to the pigs."

Immediately, everyone was shocked on social media.

"Damn this bastard. Could he really have done it?"

"Look at the dog face he has, obviously, he's a damn maniac killer!"

"Age caught up with him; that old idiot just admitted he did it!"

"I'll donate whatever it takes to have him killed!"
