why do I feel like this?

my ice cream starts to drip even faster as I try and lick all the drips around my cone. "do you want to trade ice cream's?" todoroki asks me. I stop, frozen, I feel a weird tingle in my chest that slowly makes its way inside my stomach. I look at my ice cream then the weird feeling goes away. what was that? "u-um sure, my ice cream is dripping a lot so get ready." I say as we switch cones. he takes mine and eminently gets to work on it. "wait why isn't it dripping?" I ask confused. "look what hand I'm using." he says as I look down at his arms. he's using his ice on his ice cream. no fair. I frown at him. "that's not fair, I don't have an ice powder to stop mine from dripping all over me." I say frowning. "haha, I know that." he says laughing at me. "your so cute when you'r mad." he says smiling. holly wow! he just called me cute. "t-thanks todoroki." I say blushing. my stomach starts to tingle. there it is again, what is that? is that the weird zing people talk about when they meet the one? but why does it tickle? and why.. "everything ok?" todoroki asks me interrupting my thoughts. "what?" I ask snapping out of my thoughts. "are you ok? you stoped talking for a while." todoroki says. "oh no I'm ok." I say smiling. "oh ok." he says getting back to business on his/my ice cream. oh yea I should probably start on his before it melts all over me. I look back down at my half melted ice cream in my hand. I start licking and look back up at todoroki. todoroki has his head in his hand and was looking right at me with a look in his eyes I've never seen before. does he like me to? when he realizes I was looking at him to he blushed and look's out the window next to him. "so what do you want to do after we eat the rest of our ice cream?" I ask him. "um I don't know, maybe we can go get some snacks for tonight?" he says looking back at me. "yea that sounds good." I say happily. we finish our ice cream then leave the little store and head to the market. we walk down the street of a thousand lights. the sunset beautiful with color. pink, red, yellow, orange, purple, gold every beautiful sunset color you can imagine. the reason the street is called a thousand lights is because every year on June first everyone puts up one strand of colorful lights all the way down the street. it started off as a thousand lights but is probably a million lights by now. I look up at the colorful lights above me. the sunset beautiful behind the glowing lights. "wow! it's so beautiful." I whisper scared I will ruin such a beautiful time if I talk. "not as beautiful as you midorya." todoroki whispers so quietly that I barely heard him, but I knew what he said and my stomach swirled with happiness.
