The moment I arrived at the base of Hypogean I buried myself in development and design.

There was a specific design that had been screaming its way through my head and had been since the moment my mum and I had walked into the meeting with the trio of my biggest bullies.

Nanotechnology.

Little robots that could assemble themselves into a variety of different appliances. Able to perform repairs, or even replicate certain elements of my technology wholesale.

It was a massive leap in comparison to the things that I'd been crafting so far, but somehow creating the first one just felt… right.

I'd heard rumours that every crafter power came with its own specialisations. Any crafter could build almost anything, but every crafter had one type of technology that they succeeded with better than any other.

With Phet that had been chemicals and drug-based technology. Could my speciality have been nanotechnology?
