Long Jie kept his hands up and his gun fell on the ground. He put his hands behind his head, but refused to kneel.
Zack had only goal in his life: To rule Xins and Longs. When he saw, Long Jie was not bulging he was infuriated. Little did he knew, Long Jie had started one of his mind games.
Zack came forward and gripped his chin with his fingers and attempted to scare him. He pulled out his gun with other hand pressed it against his throat.
"Tell me if you have any last wish. Because if you have, I'll fulfill it, in return for your beautiful fiance.Such a beauty to die in vain for you when I can make her my queen."
Long Jie had an meagerness to cleave him into slabs for eyeing his woman.

Slowly very slowly Zhenyi took out her dagger, as she saw Long Yuan approaching them for rescue. In a split second the snipers simultaneously shot the soldiers that were enveloping Long Jie , and Zack was to be taken care solely by Zhenyi.
Long Jie who was glowing at Zack, missed what happened in a split second, as the soldiers fell dead on the floor.
A Single shot rang through the air. He felt as if somebody pushed him off his axis.
His eyes shifted to the left, then to the right.
It wasn't Zack.
It was Zhenyi. She would have been shot instead of him, if she had delayed even for a second.
It took him a moment to comprehend what had happened.
Zack lay on the floor behind him, blood pooling around him. He was dead.
He missed to see who stabbed him with dagger as he was dazed.
Death was all around him And even though their deaths satisfied him because they wouldn't be bothering him anymore, that was all it was, relief that she was safe.
