Kaffan by: Premchand (The shroud )

Kafan is Munshi Premchand's last short story and unarguably one of his best. The story is a satire on the degradation of human beings and talks about a father and son duo who need money to cremate the son's wife after her premature death during childbirth. Summary Of The Book Kafan is a story about a low-caste father and his son who work as labourers in a village in Orissa. The son's wife, Bhudiya, is near the end of her pregnancy and is in need of medical attention, which the family certainly cannot afford. The poor lady writhes in pain as Ghisu and his son Madhav watch helplessly. Bhudiya eventually dies during childbirth, adding to the problems of the father and son. Driven to extreme poverty and despair, they have no money or means to perform the funeral rites for the unfortunate women. They cannot ignore the dead body lying in their hut, and set out to ask the villagers for some monetary assistance. The question is will the villagers reach out to help the unfortunate low-caste family? Kafan which translates to a shroud in English, describes the degradation of human beings to the lowest level possible. It not only talks about privation of the lower caste in the society but also delves into the depravity of the human soul across all castes, creeds .

Pertemuan Rey dan Stun diawali dengan projek kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tempat Rey bekerja yang menjalin kerjasama dengan Stun. Kenyataan bahwa Stun adalah seorang immortal lambat-laun diketahui oleh Rey. Pertemuan Rey dengan Stun telah berhasil membawa lintasan subway yang dilewati Rey selama ini, yakni lintasan yang berkelok tidak lebih dari 45 derajat berganti menjadi lintasan roller coaster yang dengan cepat membawanya pada titik terendah dalam kehidupannya. Sekaligus mampu untuk bangkit dan memacu kecepatan tinggi untuk mencapai titik tertinggi dalam lintasan roller coaster.

A little boy was only 13 years old who had his life ruined by his family who sold him to pay off their dept to a gang when he was only the age of 5. He was forced to burry dead bodies from people unlucky enough to cross the gangs path, when he wasn't putting bodies into the ground he was being used as a stress doll while being injected with drugs, and some even went as far as to use him as sex doll. The only reason he wasn't killed was because he was useful; the gang said as long as he served a purpose he wouldn't be killed and could watch anime when they weren't using him. Watching anime, reading mangas and playing games was his safe haven for himself. It saved him from committing suicide dozens of times, when he was on the verge of killing himself he would always think something on long the lines of "What new anime is coming out next" or "Maybe I could beat that Dark Souls boss". This hesitation was of course personal salvation which as everybody knows is hard to control. Then One day when he was asleep he got on his computer to play games before his daily routine of burying the dead, torture and sex there was a strange message that he didn't usually see when he played Dark Souls 2 which in his opinion was a huge pain in his ASS! The Message had link to a quiz that said "Would you like to Reincarnate?".....
