Now that Minos and his allies had executed the first significant move of this war, Dry City would have a peaceful period, and then chaos would arrive!

Since the Black Plain had demonstrated so much power, the enemy side would not be slow to respond with an attack, probably followed by the invocation of the Counter-Revolutionary Statute.
