Go to sleep.

"No... my guardian." She gave her usual short response, but Daemon could only take a shot in the dark at what her history is. When he first saw her he felt something off about her making him want to know more about her, and her last name... the same as his son. Someone with his bloodline wouldn't be given to some weak person like that old man, she would be taken in and trained not left untainted by the greed of people wanting a powerful pawn.

'Misha Baruch... just what are you.'

...

Misha and Daemon were talking about random topics at the gate when some white-haired, tan dude came over insulting them. "Aha! Coming to the entrance ceremony with your parents? Since when was this a playground for children?" He said with a cocky smile.

"..."

"Anyways, what class are you in Misha?" Daemon asked casually, completely ignoring the random dude.

"I'm in 2A."

"Oh, the same class as m-" Before Daemon had a chance to finish he felt something grab his shoulder. Looking behind him he saw the white-hair dude again apparently not getting the hint they didn't want to talk to him.

"Do you know who I am? Who do you think you are to igno-"

Daemon slowly turned to look at him stunning the boy after seeing an originally red pair of eyes now turning a dark blue color. "Sleep."

*Thud*

That one word made his whole body droop down towards the ground with a hard thud, unresponsive, nothing indicating he was still alive except for the soft sound of him breathing.

Misha's expression finally changing slightly while taking a small step back. "Did you kill him?" she asked in a voice that slightly quivered.

Daemon just looked at her and let out a soft chuckle. "Of course I didn't, It would be idiotic to kill someone in front of the academy gates." 'Bullshit. I was going to kill him if I had my original power, given I could've just used a spell, but my Eyes of Oblivion or Eyes of Death would've been more effective. I hate getting dirty so this had to do, but she doesn't need to know that.'

Immediately changing the subject: "You ready to go in before the guards come?"

"Mhm" She gave a slight nod, now back to her original appearance.

...

Daemon was lazily staring down at the man standing in front of him, Leorig Indu, apparently, he's the older brother of the white-haired dude at the front gate who fell victim to his eyes. He also happens to be one of the 'Demon Lords', that title even allowed him to bypass the rules of the entrance exam. The power he could feel from him is weak as hell tho. he hoped he was wrong tho, it could be some new magic that was invented that can disguise your power level and he's super strong. If the Demon Lords of this era have even half of the magic power of the Demon lords from 2,000 years ago he had a good chance to be able to kill Daemon.

Daemon then spread his arms wide in a welcoming motion a wide smile beaming on his face, this could possibly be the first time in a long while where something could threaten his life...it made him...happy. A feeling he hasn't felt in a long time.

"Leorig Indu!" His voice resounded around the stadium threatening to shatter the audience's eardrums, catching the attention of everyone.

"I'll give you the chance to use your strongest attack on me, I'll stand in this exact spot without moving an inch, but beware, if I'm disappointed I'll make you suffer a fate way worse then death, and believe me, out of everyone in the universe I'm the one who has the most power to keep that promise." His declaration shocking everyone in the audience including Leorig.

Leorig just laughed at this before drawing some magic circles forming in the air.

Seconds later he finished preparing.

Leorig looked at him and smiled before saying: "Brace yourself, my most powerful magic spell..."

"Come on, don't keep me waiting!" Daemon howled as he could barely contain his excitement, just for his dreams to be crushed in the next second.

<Origin magic: HellFlame Bullets!>

"Huh?" That was the last thing he said before being bombarded by the black flame bullets.
