Tashina kept on chewing and chewing the piece of meat without a word until she finally swallowed the bite before she turned to meet his eyes.
Unknowingly to her, his face was extremely close to hers that her lips slightly brushed past him as she turned her face.
Her wet plump lips daintily swept past his lips before it was broken.
Both of their bodies went rigid at the sudden contact and they were left gaping at each other in shock. As their breaths became heavy so did the tension in the air become thick and dense.
The only noise that could be heard was a commotion coming from the town outside.
"Uh.." Xavier let out in awkwardness.
That broke Tashina from her reverie and they both shifted away from each other as they looked away and suddenly, they found the need to clear their throat loudly.
"Um, wow, the meat is um-" Tashina coughed.
"Really good, really nice," she nodded her head excessively.
