The Reader..(Shadow Slave)

Alan key was your typical sixteen year old boy.

He was surrounded by friends and had a loving family, to pass the time he indulged in novels. He had grown a passion for novels he felt as if he was immersed in them himself.

One day when he was walking home from school for the last time, he was super happy he had just finished secondary school and was ready to begin his new life out in the working world.

He had just finished writing up his application for the local resturant where he had hoped to work over the summer.

Putting his phone in his pocket he looked around people were chatting some were crying. It was a day full of emotion, but Alan couldnt wait to get home.

His mind fueled by excitement went over what could happen in this chapter, would the cohort remember Sunny? or would they not. Ahhh he couldnt wait.

Soon after he made it home safely, he was greeted by his mother who insisted that they go out to eat as it was their boys last day of school.

As the family got in the car the journey began, the nearest fancy resturant wasnt too far away about 30 minutes give or take. 

Dissapointed he couldnt read the newest chapter he resigned himself to looking out the side window of the car.

Unknown to the family however, a reckless driver was on these roads. Soon they came face to face with him, his mouth foaming from what one could only assume was alcohol poisoning.

The man had a deranged smile on his face as he sped up faster and faster to the family. 

Then he suddenly swerved throwing their car off course and into a ditch, a loud boom could be heard from as far as a mile away as tall orange flames lit up the scenery.

The car was upside down and on fire.

'what the hell, no no no this cant be happening'

He looked around, infront of him instead of his panicking mother and father were two burnt corpses.

Burnt beyond recognition, his sister too she laid in a fetal position next to him her body charred from the explosion.

Turning his head to look down the boy observed his own body, blisters swelled on his skin. His body ached all of it it stung and he didnt know what to do.

A small tear fell from his cheek sizzling down his skin, vapour appeared almost instantly it was clear he wasnt going to survive.

if he did hed be at best crippled for the rest of his pitiful life. He did not want that so he resigned himself to death closing his eyes he let the raging storm of fire consume him, his skin bhurned and peeled.

A loud guttoral roar could be heard as the boy screamed in pain, death by fire was the worst way to go it was constant pain and pain until eventual nothingness wuld embrace you.

feeling his conciousness fade he made a small desperate wish.

in a small raspy voice that could barely be heard, he spoke

"Wanna....Live...Please....."

Soon after he said that he had died.
