The adrenaline

What's the thing that gives the most adrenaline, some may say it's doing exciting things. But that's not the essence of where adrenaline comes from, adrenaline is our body's way of responding to situations.

Whether it be made by our minds or made by an actual threat. But what gives the most adrenaline, achieving something? Situations close to death? No adrenaline is activated most when you feel… powerful.

When you feel strong when you feel superior. But when this happens, your mind becomes cloudy. What does this mean, the feeling you getting clouds your mind. Do people like the feeling yes, especially when you win in the end.

If you lose you'll feel like sh*t, you lost, and you deserve to feel like that. But if you win…then you deserve to feel good. Now what happens when your mind turns cloudy?

Some might think our body reacts on instinct, but that's not all true. Our subconscious is still in control, and who am I? Well, I like to think of myself as an alter ego, but others may call me a dual personality.

I awakened suddenly after a bright light shot out, and when I awoke I felt this strange sense of pleasure, or was it fulfillment? It was a rather long time ago so I don't think I can focus on that.

Now to get back to the story, I woke up feeling a warm crimson colored liquid flowing down what seemed to be me. I inherently knew what to do moving my body to wipe the blood. In front of me was a man, standing over me.

His face was red, with long veins extending far out of his forehead. It seemed as if it could pop at any second, as I started staring at him, he started screaming.

"How dare you look at me you disgrace of a f*cking son!"

After shouting he began to lift his leg seemingly to stomp on me. As I gazed at him I wondered, why was this man so sluggish. It seemed as if he was about to trip over himself.

He seemed to be unbalanced, and uncoordinated. As soon as he lifted his leg, I dropped on my arm balancing myself on it. Then I spun my body making my leg, make contact with his.

As I did, his body fell making him tumble to the ground floor, as he did his head collided with the ground. His head smacked the ground spraying crimson red liquid like the one I had on my face all over the ground.

As I saw this, I began to feel a feeling similar to being blocked, trapped even. I couldn't move the body I once inhabited. Instead, I felt as if I was being pushed deeper down into the darkness. I could not feel anything, but I came to an understanding with myself, that if I went any deeper I would vanish.

As I thought this I found that once again my body fazed into existence. At this point, my body was in a corner seemingly holding itself. Liquid unlike the one I had seen before fell my face. A black device hanging from a wooden table dangled down with a sound coming out.

"Hello, are you okay? Can you tell me where you are? Hello, Hello?"

As I stared at the device I began to wrap my hand around it, dropping it on top of the larger piece on the table. I began to wonder how this situation came, is there someone else in the body I'm inhabiting?

It seems likely since I moved to a position, without actually moving to it myself. Was it the original inhabitant of this body? And again I felt the feeling as if my entire being was being trapped.

I tried resisting as much as I could, and as I resisted I began to notice that I was getting stronger. It wasn't that I was getting stronger or more like my mind started gaining greater control. It seemed that I could break out of the cage that was seemingly bringing me closer to my doom. As I began pushing harder I started hearing sounds similar to glass breaking. After doing it for a while, the cage seemed to completely break. And a loud sound of glass breaking sounded out.

As it did I felt myself grow stronger again. However, I still couldn't control the body. How did I gain control in the first place? It seemed that whenever I gained control was when he was in the weakest state of mind, maybe if I made his mental state weaker I could gain control again.

As I thought this, I began to think about how I could make his mental state weaker. Could I affect him somehow? As I thought about this I found that my body was in a state more free than the past one, I started moving around until I saw something.

It looked to be a building mystical in nature, with light streaks seemingly continuously flowing in and out of it. A giant door seemed to be in front of me, as I looked at the door I began to pull the circular handle, the interior looked magical.

Books float in and out of shelves seemingly being flipped through by themselves. I began to wonder what these books held. I grabbed one out of the air and found that it had information, that seemed to correlate to martial arts.

I began to flip through each book I saw as fast as I could, my mind seemingly like a sponge. I memorized everything I read instantly. As I flipped through my 43rd book I felt my mind suddenly begin to be pulled. Moments later I was back in the body, in a black room, lit with only a candle. As I began to wonder where I was, I saw a door open in front of me a man in a suit, who looked anxious walked out and sat down on the chair that was in front of me.

He sat down in front of me, looked me in the eyes, and started speaking.

"Before we get to the questioning, would you like anything to eat or drink?"

I looked at the man while I thought about what was in the book that I had read, it seemed that this was a police officer an enforcer of the law. I read that these men will try to do anything they can to make people confess.

Their job in and of itself was something that garnered hatred, suspicion, trust, and distrust. Nonetheless, they know this and that is why they try to gain your trust. However, I was considering whether to talk at all, in the first place could I even speak correctly?

And if I could wouldn't that increase suspicion of me when the cop starts noticing changes in behavior? A feeling I couldn't completely understand started leaning me toward this suspicion, seemingly making me feel that this was not the time to talk.

Instead, I started thinking if there was a way to forcefully go back inside. I tried to make myself feel as if I was descending, and as I did I began to be pulled down into the place I was before.

As I was back in the place I was most used to I began to relax and continue flipping through as many books as possible. I absorbed the knowledge continuously, making myself feel bloated. It was as if I could not absorb any more or else I would explode.

As I tried to think of a way to solve this I thought of an idea, is there a way to make another building for myself in this place? I walked out of the palace-like structure, I reached out my hand, and out from the abyss-like ground, a gothic palace emerged.

Towering above the other, I felt as if I had a deep connection with it. But at the same time, I felt as if it established another connection. Instead of with me, it connected to the body. My ethereal being began to stabilize, I felt more in control.

But another feeling came to me it felt as if the body was trying to adapt. Like my presence in and of itself was an anomaly. The palace I built with but a mere stretch of my hand began to shake. I thought of it as the body trying to fight me.

Again, I raised my hand, I steadied the palace. Then I began to create a barrier. I extended my hand and broke off the palace from the abyss-like floor. Then raised the ground. The palace floated, and once again stabilized.

I felt that my connection with the body strengthened, and weakened at the same time. As I thought this over I began to walk, playing around with the new ability that I had discovered.

I made stairs floating one in front of the other, extending towards the gothic palace that I had built. Inside It was pitch black. But there was a light in one section, I looked towards it and found the light.

It looked to be a ball, I reached my hand forward touching the ball. As I did a book materialised in front of me, knowledge that I hadn't seen before appeared. And as soon as it did I began to understand it, as if I knew it all along.

The library began to fill in, and multitudes of books began to appear. Shelves popped out of the ground, and the books flew into them. The shelves once filled began to descend back into the palace. With a thought, the shelves would pop back up. I inherently knew what was inside those books, as if everything that was recorded belonged to me.
